1. Do you offer delivery services?
Yes we do. However our delivery service is subject to availability, and chargeable at $15 per trip.
2. Where can I collect my placed orders?
Self-collection is available at the shop by appointment only.
3. Are the products by Baker’s Luv Halal-certified?
We are a Muslim-owned business and all our ingredients used in our products are Halal.
4. Does Baker’s Luv offer cakes and other products for immediate purchase at the shop?
At the moment, our cakes are available upon pre-order only. However, there may be selected bakes available on the weekends. Do check with us before making your way down to the shop.
5.How early do I have to place my orders?
For customised birthday cakes and other small-scaled orders, we require at least 2 weeks advance notice. For bigger-scaled orders like wedding cakes and bakes in large quantities, we will require at least 1 month advance notice.
6. How do I place orders?
You can place your orders via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by sending us a Facebook or Instagram message. If you prefer to discuss in person, you can make an appointment with us to meet at the shop.
7. What are the payment modes accepted?
We accept cash, PayNow, and PayLah!.
8. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation must be made at least 1 week before for deposit to be fully refunded. Otherwise, deposit will be forfeited if cancelled at a short notice.
